NAL Compliance Mission
North American Lighting is deeply committed to promoting and maintaining the very highest standards of ethical conduct, integrity and quality. We look forward to continuing to build strong relationships between our Team Members and stakeholders that will support our growth as an organization.
At the core of the Compliance Program is NAL’s Social Responsibility Statement and Code of Conduct. In addition, every department has Policies, Processes and Procedures that Team Members are expected to follow. Team Members should talk to their supervisors if they have any questions about the department specific documents. Team Members may also talk to their HR representative to obtain company-wide personnel policies.

Training
Training is a key component of a successful compliance program. Below are links to some compliance training materials here at NAL. Annual Compliance Training is mandatory for all Team Members in Management. After watching the Compliance Training video on the SharePoint Site below, please take the short quiz also on the site to allow the Training Department to track your attendance.
Committee
The success of any compliance program is dependent on engagement and communication with Team Members. NAL holds ALL Team Members accountable for ethical business conduct by enforcing standards through internal monitoring, investigating and auditing, responding promptly to detected problems, undertaking corrective actions and applying disciplinary measures where appropriate.
The Compliance Committee is dedicated to maintaining the compliance culture at NAL. While Team Members are encouraged to first talk to their supervisors about any compliance issues that they may discover at NAL, committee members are also available to talk to Team Members. If a Team Member wishes to leave a message about an issue, they are encouraged to call the Link Line at 217-465-6666. Link Line calls can be made anonymously, but please provide as much information as possible to assist in the investigation.
